At first I was skeptical as friends had told how this kind of spray hadn’t helped with their sleep.
I was desperate though - perimenopause is really stuffing up my sleep.
When first tried it I didn’t know if it had really worked but then when I didn’t use it one night I noticed how restless I was and had the worst nights sleep. I used it the next night and viola I slept better again.
Definitely appreciative of this wonderful product.

Game Changer!

Saltd magnesium oil spray have been a game changer for me.
