We're sorry to hear that you haven't noticed any benefits yet. Based on the timing of your order, it appears you've likely been using the magnesium oil spray for around a week or two. While some people notice changes quite quickly, for many others it can take longer for the body to respond.
Because magnesium levels are built up over time, we generally recommend consistent daily use for 6–8 weeks to give your body the opportunity to replenish magnesium stores and adjust accordingly. Factors such as your individual magnesium status, what you're using it for (sleep, muscle recovery, cramps, restless legs, stress support etc), how often it's applied, and where it's applied on the body can all influence the experience and results.
