We use this for our baby for his night time routine after bathtime as well as for my husband and I.

A little stingy if you have broken skin so I tend to mix it with some moisturiser to apply for the baby.

Sleeping well

I absolutely love this product. Have the travel bottle so it can go everywhere with me and then just use the refill.

I’ve been spraying this on my feet every night before bed and it helps me sleep better and help with twitching/muscle cramps I usually get in my feet when I sleep. Feels good on the skin and the scent is incredibly subtle:)
