We’ve incorporated Saltd into our bedtime routine for both my 8 month old and 9 year old and it’s been so great! The 9 year old usually takes ages to get to sleep but she’s falling asleep quicker and sleeping deeper and the baby has stopped thrashing round all night long so much. So stoked!

Wonky toes no more!

I’m in my mid 60’s and thought how weird I have these toes that have cramp which is a horrible (sometimes excruciating painful) sensation
But
6 weeks in using Saltd. Mag spray no toes pointing up or side ways! 👏🦶

I recently hiked the Tongariro Crossing (in wild conditions) and this was so helpful for recovery afterwards. My whole body was so sore, but especially my knees (those downhill steps are something else!) so I have been loving spraying this all over my legs, but especially my knees. I am definitely going to continue using this at bedtime too.

I love that this Magnesium spray is made locally here in New Zealand. I’ve been spraying it on to my kids tummies at bedtime and they giggle away. It is such a nice addition to our bedtime rituals. We adore it. We keep it on the bedside table so we use it every night.

Our family aren't strangers to Magnesium however, this is the first time we have used Magnesium bath salts. Along with the kids oil spray - game changer.
